This Cambodian veteran is a double amputee who
lives at Kien Khleang, a rehabilitation center for some of the most
severely wounded of Cambodia's 30,000 land-mine victims. Kien Khleang,
which lies between the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers just outside of Phnom
Penh, is home to about 70 families.--Laura Sikes, Washington D.C.-based
